Returns
We hope you enjoy your Bebeotte purchase, however, if you wish to return or exchange item(s) from your order, we will happily assist by providing you with an exchange or a refund.
Please note that we do not cover postage for cancellations or returns. It is your responsibility to select a return postage option which includes tracking as we cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return has been delivered to us, please allow 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you as soon as this has been completed.
Return Condition
- All items for returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Goods must be in their original condition (unwashed or used, with the tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also include proof of purchase with the return.
- No refunds on sale items.
Exchanges
If the requested exchange items are unavailable or further payment if required, we will contact you.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing another order online and requesting a refund for the returned goods.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Subject to proof of purchase, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund on any item(s) from us exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault, being unfit for the product intended purpose, significantly different from what was shown to you or in breath of manufacturer's warranties or consumers guarantees.
If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us at hello@bebeotte.com.au. The faulty item should be returned to us for assessment and if deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment, we will offer you a replacement or refund including postage.
If the item is assessed and is not deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment, we will return the item(s) to you.
Goods Received in Error
If you believe you have received an item that differs to what you ordered, please contact us at hello@bebeotte.com.au. We will arrange for this to be returned to us and for the correct item(s) to be sent.

- Email us at hello@bebeotte.com.au to start the Return process
- Post the item(s) to the Returns address provided by us
- Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. Please allow enough time for your bank to process the refund.
